What is CB Hypnotherapy?

Cognitive and Behavioural Hypnotherapy is a complementary therapy using a CBT approach (talking therapy) combined with the power of hypnosis. It creates a bridge between your unconscious and your conscious mind using the power of suggestion and imagination.  


Hypnotherapy is a guided self-hypnosis experience where your attention is focused upon a dominant positive idea determined during the session.
